META ‘22—‘24 :: They handed me McDonald’s—the brand that feeds the planet. I solved what had been stuck for years, with speed and detail no one had figured out before.

META ‘17—’19 :: Translated between giants: Meta. Google. Opposites. I bridged the gap with a framework for a creative insights model that scaled across companies and continents—even between competitors, and changed how they both created.

At my 2nd startup, I built a home services platform that was profitable 30 days in and turned home cleanings into a ritual of care—topped off with personalized, handwritten communication, luxury sweets, and 95% customer retention. People stayed because it felt human.

At Google, I helped two of the world’s most iconic brands, PepsiCo and Coca-Cola, reimagine their digital future—step by step, from tradition to transformation. Tools: data, insight, clarity, communication, partnership, reliability and trust.

At Abercrombie & Fitch, I understood the power of light, scent, and texture. Brand became atmosphere, instinct. touch. I worked the floor. Noticed everything. I showed up early, stayed late, and learned how brands speak—and how people feel seen.

At Regal Cinemas, I moved fast, read people faster, and learned how to create experience through service. I learned timing, pace, and the rhythm of a crowd. I learned the power of a smile—and how service begins before you say a word.

At 12, my mother opened the first ever franchise location for a national home healthcare brand which grew to over 215 locations, nationwide. It was 2000 and I assembled marketing materials - folders with business cards and key information about our services. Over the years, I built our web presence, recruiting and customer acuqisiton tools, ads and marketing campaigns. I Led marketing and hiring strategy—built systems, websites, and workflows to support care teams and company growth. I Built digital systems to support the humans doing life’s most intimate work. Behind every nurse is a system. I made that system quieter, faster, more human. Caregivers carry the world. I built what carries them.

At 9, I launched my first business. A child CEO with clipart flyers from Powerpoint, I knocked on every door, built a business, and learned that care—offered early and well—creates its own economy. I continued to babysit and nanny through college.
